Shipments, Returns and Withdrawal

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, calculated based on the destination, and are explicitly stated at the time of order fulfillment.

Delivery times for ordered goods are purely indicative and depend on stock availability; they may vary due to force majeure, traffic conditions, or actions by authorities.

Plinio Visonà cannot be held responsible for delays in order fulfillment or delivery of the ordered goods.

Any external damage or discrepancies in the number of packages or instructions must be immediately reported to the delivering courier.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 206/2005, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the ordered products at your own expense for a refund. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days from the request for the return of the products (from the receipt of the return order or proof of shipment of the returned product).

Shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order and request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Regardless of the reason for returning products to Plinio Visonà, we recommend following these instructions to facilitate the return process:

1. Send an email to amministrazione@plinio-visona.it to inform us of your intention to return the product and await further instructions.
2. After our confirmation, use the original packaging to return the product and send the package to the following address: Via O. Da Pordenone, 536100 Vicenza, Italy.
